Series: Sustainable Lafayette is partnering
with the Lafayette Library & Learning Center to

Local Food - Fall Vegetable
Planting” on Sunday, August 1st and
“
California Natives for Lafayette
Gardens” on Sunday, August 8th. These two
lunch-time workshops will help you create a yard that
produces food, uses native plants, requires less
irrigation, and is more
environmentally-friendly.

Market: Located in the heart of downtown
Lafayette at Plaza Park, the market runs every
Thursday evening from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m through
September. The market is an opportunity for residents
to support small family farms, bring vitality to the
downtown area, support sustainability and to buy
locally.
